We are just a short one block walk to to the back side of the track. It's a diverse and transitioning neighborhood - mainly blue collar. Our residents include families young and old, home owners and renters, UL students and long time residents. The area is in the midst of continued revitalization - especially with the large investment in Churchill Downs expansion. You can literally see Millionaire's Row and the Churchill downs scoreboard from the property.

Walk to derby. Uber anywhere else. Or if you have a rental car we have one off street spot and free street parking.
